The meetings can take place on a video call, face to face or on the phone. A session will last between 60 and 90 minutes.

That depends on the objectives and the complexity of the challenge. I recommend a commitment over approximately six to nine months (ca. 8-12 sessions) which can be extended depending on the needs of the leader.

We will often start with shorter intervals to build momentum and adapt the frequency to the needs of the leader.

No. Coaching works to make the client more self-reliant, not less so. The coach wants the client to be autonomous and achieve what they want. They make it clear from the start that the client owns the results of the coaching.

Not at all. The more senior a leader becomes, the more important it is to have a sparring partner who is objective and open with them.

No. We will look to understand a leader’s previous experiences to help understand how that influences the way they think and act today, but executive development is forward looking, development-orientated and dynamic. It gives a leader a practical route and plan to reach their full potential.
