Format & Process

I support you through 8–12 sessions of 90 minutes each over 6–9 months, focused on your strategic challenges, your executive presence, and leadership effectiveness in management. Short-notice conversations during critical decisions are possible at any time. In parallel, we develop a clearly structured development plan with prioritized action areas, ranging from strategic clarity and stakeholder management to culture and transformation leadership. This enables you to deliberately increase your impact and position yourself for your next career step.
